1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs,but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large order after checking quality of our products
2.Can I get samples?
Sure we can provide samples,but customer have to pay some samples fee, sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by Fedex,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account , it will be fine to ship with your account. If not, you can pay the freight charge via Paypal ,Western union, we will ship with our account , it will take 5-7days to your place.
3.How long is the samples lead time ?
For existing samples, it takes 3-5days , if you want your own designs, it takes 5-7days.
4.How long is the production lead time ?
It takes 30daysfor MOQ, we have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.How many colors are available ?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us Pantone color code you need.We will match the colors,Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
6.Which kind of Certificate would you have?
LFGB,BSCI,ISO
7.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order placed and 70% against copy of B/L.
