On Nov 6th 2018, in the 1st China International Import Expo, YLD just signed annual needle cokes supply agreements with Korea PMC for 10,000mt in 2019 and 12,000mt in 2020.

DATONG YU LIN DE GRAPHITE EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. is a professional Graphite Electrode and Graphite Equipment producer located in Datong city, Shanxi province, China. YLD was established in 2012, and in 2016 became a listed company in the stock market (stock code: 870170). 

Until 2017, YLD’s graphite electrode production capacity is around 15,000mt per year, products sizes 250/ 300/ 350/ 400/ 450/ 500/ 550/ 600mm, length 1800/2100/2400mm, grade HP/UHP. Used for EAF 30mt-150mt, LF 50-200mt and other furnaces like nonferrous metal smelting, precious metal smelting and ore smelting.

-YLD imported and equipped the most advanced Germany SGL full automatic machining line which can produce 400-800mm graphite electrode 20, 000mt per year, this line is the only one and the best one in China.
-YLD equipped with 3500mt forming machine for big size and 2200mt forming machine for small size.
-Now YLD is installing/testing the newest 4100mt forming machine, and building new impregnation and channel baking line, and can produce max size 700mm graphite electrode and reach around 50, 000mt production capacity in 2019.
-The Automatic Testing Line can detect and report the data such as Ultrasonic detection/Size/Weight/Resistivity/Bulk density/Elastic modulus of every piece of graphite electrode at site.
-Using imported France made Threads Testing Equipment of each size to assure the precision of the thread.
-YLD also manufactured their own special designed Joint part Testing Machine for testing the nipple & graphite electrode joint strength.

The key raw material needle cokes are imported from Korea PMC, Japan and UK, On Nov 6th 2018, YLD just signed annual needle cokes supply agreements with Korea PMC for 10,000mt in 2019 and 12,000mt in 2020, that will strongly support and guarantee mill's production for UHP grade graphite electrode.

The electrodes loaded in container are cross-fixed with high-strength nylon straps in all directions (back and forth, left and right), while at the bottom of the load the pallets is fixed with oblique wood wedge to prevent the pallets from moving.
