1. Introduction
Automatic desktop cup sealer made by stainless steel 304 and aluminum alloy, structure compact and reasonable, high sealing efficiency, it adopts micro computer controller which is easy to be operated. Put the tray into machine bench which has been filled and the machine will finish sealing, cutting and output the tray automatically.
This machine is automatic cup sealing machine, three units of motors driven the heat sealing and cutting device, the working table movement device and the film positioning and collecting device, the display control sealing temperature and sealing time, photoelectric sensors to control the position, to achieve the perfect plastic cup sealing effect.
2. Application:
Desktop tray sealer is suitable for restaurants, hotels, canteens or stores to seal the plastic trays which be used to fill wide variety of foods, such as fast food, snack, cooked meat, fruit, seafood, soup, sauce etc.
3. Features:
l It is made by stainless steel 304 and aluminum, compliance with food safety requirements.
l It has microcomputer controller, stable and easy operation.
l Automatic sealing process, only need worker place unseal tray and take away the sealed.
l Intelligent temp control, it can be set between 0-250°C and keeping constant.
l It’s suitable PET, PP, PE, aluminum plastic composite film, Pre-cut al-foil etc
l Optional: production date coder and transparent film collecting timer

First, our packing machine is stable and easy to operate by one person, what you need to do is to operate the PLC and clean the machine regularly. And we will send you manual instuction and video, we suggest you to come and visit our factory, so that you can learn more things by yourself. And if there is something goes wrong, you can call us or by video-chat, or email us. And we will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer also can be dispatched to your country as required.
2. What's the payment terms, trade terms?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer FOB Ningbo price. But we also accept other ways, like L/C .
