Type description
YET-A2P2 type is equipped with pressure switch.
Features
1.CE certification obtained.
2.Equipped with "RES" button , which has a function of forced lubrication.
3.Lubrication time ≤2min, intermittent time ≥3min.
4.Three boot modes as below:
* lubrication: run lubrication time when power-on
* intermittence: run intermittent time when power-on
* memory: run the previous operation when power-on
5. Lubrication time & intermittent time can be adjusted.
6. When the lubricant is insufficient, the level switch will send a signal.
7. The motor has self-protection device to prevent from overheating and overloading.
8. The constant pressure function of pressure relief valve can protect the pump and pipeline to reduce damage.
9. The positive displacement system is equipped with pressure relief device.
10. Lubrication time unit( second) & intermittent time unit( second/ minute/ hour) can be adjusted.
11. The indicator light on the panel can show the operating state of the lubricator.
12. Suitable for the centralized lubrication system of machine tools, plastics, textiles, light industry, printing, conveyor and other mechanical equipment.

About system
System description:
1.Including volumetric lubricator, filter, through way type oil distributor, volumetric distributor, connecting pipe joint, oil pipe and sensor.
2.Have 2 forms to output quantitative oil: pressure relief & pressurization.
3.Pressure switch is optional, which can sense the damage of main pipes and situation of oil leak.
4.Suitable for large and medium machinery lubrication equipment of which have many lubrication points and comparatively precise flow requirement.
Features:
1.The lubricant can be accurately and quantitatively delivered to each lubrication point each time. In actual use, oil can be effectively saved. Oil output volume of each quantitative hole does not change due to oil viscosity, temperature change and oiling time.
2.Horizontal installation& vertical installation& install distance& install height of the same type volumetric distributor in this system can NOT influence the oil output volume.
System configuration suggestion:
1.Must be equipped with positive displacement volumetric lubricator.
2.Each lubrication point and quantitative hole must be corresponding. Otherwise, the distributor can NOT run normally.
Installation and usage suggestion:
1.Pls pay attention to the change of temperature. According to the temperature, adjust the oil viscosity.
Suggestion: R32 ≤15℃ ; R68≥30℃
2.During the installation, pipes should be smoothly cut. Otherwise, pipes can NOT gather pressure and affect the normal operation of the distributor.
3.Keep pipes clean inside during the installation. Do NOT install any back stop between the main machine and the main pipes.
4.Pls use clean lubricant from regular suppliers to ensure normal operation of lubrication system.
