The minimum order quantity is usually 3000pcs for regular items. But we also do smaller shipment for your test order.


How do I get samples?
Inform us the item no. of the model you want, we will send to you free charge of sample, with your courier no. FEDEX /DHL/UPS/TNT or other similar courier.  Lead time for sample is around 3-5days.


How do I make the product with logo printed?
You can send us the logo artwork in correct format by email or other download link, then we will make logo design for your approval before starting mass production.


What kinds of payment terms are acceptable?

We have flexible terms for your choice.

1)    30% down payment and balance by T/T after shipment;

2)    L/C at sight;

3)    Full T/T payment after shipment if you are a regular buyer of our company.


What’s the lead time for mass production?

Usually it takes 30 days after sample approval.
 
How to guarantee the product quality?

We will first send the PP samples to you for approval. Then our professional QC will inspect and control quality during production based on all of your requests. Sometimes, it is also feasible for you to appoint your staff or international recognized inspection agency for supervising the quality.
