1.What is your MOQ?
MOQ of custom packing(white box/neutral color box) is 2-500pieces, If you need the customized package,The MOQ should be over 500pieces.
2.How can I get a sample?
The stocked sample can be supplied in free of charge,but you need to print your logo on the sample,the real happening cost will be charged,of course, the cost can be refundable if the future order can meet the MOQ QTY.We usually suggest our customers to place the sample orders through Alibaba Trade Assurance .
3.How long is the sample leading time?
For stocked sample,it takes about 2-3 days.And 7 workdays required if you want it to be printed your logo.
4.How long is your production lead time?
It depends on the product model and order qty.Normally,it takes 25days for an order with MOQ QTY.
5.What is your payment term?
* For normal orders:30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
*For small orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid before shipment.
Alibaba Trade Assurance is also accepted.
6.What kind of logo printing way can be chosen for customers ?
