2. The general introduction of  Automatic Wood charcoal production line

 step 1. The most suitable size of the input raw material is 3-5mm , you need to crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

 step 2. The most suitable moisture of the raw material is 8-12% , if you need small capacity , you need to dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , if you need big capacity you need to use our sawdust dryer to dry the raw material till the moisture is less than 12%

 step3. Put the material into briquette press machine without add any chemical goods, it should accord to the high temperatre

 step 4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

 step 5. If you want to make the biomass briquettes into charcoal briquettes , you need to Carbonize the briquette stick

 step 6,Finished briquette can be 45mm , 50mm,60mm ,70mm ,80mm diameter  , if you want to make the charcoal briquettes , 50mm is most suitable for the charcoal making 

3. The raw material of Automatic Wood charcoal production line

 Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes Such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo sawdust, bagasse , wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo, wood, straw dust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks ,nutshell, coconut shell ,etc 

Requirment of the raw material( the feed material should be even):

For using material of two or more types, It should be mixed in suitable form.

size:  less than 5mm , if the material can not accheive the reuirment, it should be crush first

moisture :8-12%,If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash  

 4. The working principle of the Automatic Wood charcoal production line

  are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure. High pressure & pressing releases one of the natural components of wood - lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure (temperature) and, as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form Briquettes.

 After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood. This bio-fuel briquette is 45-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body. The bio-fuel carbon maintains the cleanliness and hygiene, and is suitable for family heating and barbecuing.
