Shangqiu Jinpeng Industrial Co. Ltd., founded in 1985, is the first domestic professional enterprise in recycling and utilization of solid waste (waste tires, rubber, plastics) and a technology innovative institute involving scientific research and development, equipment manufacturing. The company covers an area of 113,220m2 or 28 acres, with sale volume over 300 sets and sales revenue around 180 million RMB per year, including 16 million USD exported oriented.

Right now, we have already achieved CE, SGS, ISO, BV, TUV certifications, the emission can meet GB13271-2001 standard. Our company owns 32 Chinese national patents and a provincial technology research center, which is Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center of Comprehensive Utilization Equipment for Waste Rubber and Plastics.

we developed series of machine for disposing waste tire and plastic that includes 5~10 tons daily capacity on batch systems, 15~30 tons daily capacity continuous, automatic systems accordingly. And 3~8 tons batch systems, 10~100 tons continuous systems for crude oil, used engine oil, pyrolysis fuel oil distillation and refining.

Our machines are widely used in China and exported to countries such as Denmark, Austria, Poland, Albania, Turkey, Korea, Thailand, India, African Countries, etc.

Part 3. Commercial Part 

 

 

Delivery terms

   1. Port of shipment: Lianyungang, China.

     Transshipment or Partial shipment: Prohibited.     

      Delivery date: within 60 days upon the date receiving the deposit.

   2. Packing: in Bulk.

      Marking: Gross weight /Net weigh

   3. Warranty: 1 years warranty for the main column/reactor. And 1 year warranty for main parts including loader, gas separator, condensers, oil tank, purification towers, smoke scrubber towers,etc. The buyer should operate the plants according to the operation manual the seller supplied.

 

 

After-service and Supports

 

1. Installation: According to the requirements of the buyer, our company sends engineer for

   installation and commissioning in buyer's site including the training of skills of buyer's workers on

   operation, maintenance, etc.

The buyer should provide double tickets, food, accommodation, Local traffic in buyer's country and accident assurance for seller’s engineer during installation and commissioning. The Buyer should also pay the engineer’s salary of 80 USD per day.

2. Warranty: 1 years warranty for the main column/reactor. And 1 year warranty for main parts including loader, gas separator, condensers, oil tank, purification towers, smoke scrubber towers,etc.

3. Supply layout according to buyer's workshop and land, civil works information, operation manuals,etc.    to the buyer.

4. For the damage caused by the users, our company provides the parts and accessories with cost price.

5. Our factory supplies the wearing parts with the cost price to clients.
