Q1.What's your main products and What certificate do you have?
A: Electric scooter, Self-balancing Scooter, Led Shoes, etc.
Certification: CE, RHOS, FCC,etc.
Q2.How many days you need for prepare sample?
A: Normal and stocked goods only 1 day;other process samples need 2-7days.
Q3.When is your delivery time?
A: It depends on product and order QTY.
Normally, it takes us 20days after receiving the deposit, repeat order only need 15-20days.
Q4.What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
A: For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo and send you for print details approve, include color, size and position before batch printing.
Q5.Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes, customer's OEM is welcome,we have plenty experience in OEM developing.
