1.Q: What is your main products?

A: Our main products are different kinds of thermal underwear fabric, our normal products are Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Fleece, Toner fabric, French Terry, Micro Fiber, Mesh Fabric, Velvet, Super soft Velvet, Ponte de Roma, keep-warm material fabric, cotton spandex fabric, polyester cation fabric and other kinds of custom knitting fabric.

 

2. Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, we prepare quality fabric samples free of charge. For the first-time cooperation, the postage would be at customer's cost. After order confirmation, we will refund it to you. In the future cooperation, it's at our cost.

 

3. Q: How long does it take for samples?

A: It depends. If we have stock one, we will send the next day; if not, normally it takes 2 weeks to manufacture new samples.

 

4. Lab Dips and Strike Offs

1.For dyed fabric: Provide with color swatches or Pantone number, we finish in 2-4 business days.

2.For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we make computer artworks for approval first then send strike offs in 5-7 business days before bulk production.

 

5. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

 Knitted Fabric: 500KGS per color;

1500KGS per design of 3 colors.

 

6. Q: What is the payment term?

TT, L/C at sight, ALIPAY, Western Union are accepted.

For bulk order 30% deposit is required.

 

7.Q: How long does it take to delivery?

A: It depends. Normally it takes 15-25 days after receiving the deposit.

 

8Q: What’s the package?

Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving polybag

outside or as customers' requirement.
