What are COOWIN WPC decking and others made of?
The raw material of COOWIN WPC decking and others: 50% wood flour, 35-40% plastic (HDPE), 1
0-15% additive. It is co-extruded with a polyethylene top layer for ultra low-maintenance performance.
We can also adjust the formula of raw material according to your request.
How to install the wpc wall panel?
1. Fix the joist (wood or stainless steel material, section size is about 30x30mm
or bigger if the cladding panel is long) by stainless steel self-drilling screws (with plastic expansion pipe),
the span of each joist is about 30~40mm.
2. Screw the wall panel onto the joist.
