Q1: What's the material, are they biodegradable?

A: Mainly bamboo fiber and corn powder are biodegradable and disintegrated.

 

 

Q2: Temperature tolerance, are dishwasher and microwave safe?

A: Recommended temperature is that from -20℃ to 110℃, dishwasher are safe, but not suitable for microwave.

 

 

Q3: Do you provide samples, what's the cost and delivery?

A: Samples will be sent for your review, freight collect or paid in advance, around within 7days by express usually.

 

Q4: Can you do it plain color or my own design?

A: Yes, it's OK. We can do the color on your request (pantone color number need),with your own design.

 

Q5: Can you make the new mold on my request, how is the cost and time?

A: Sure, we have rich experience in proofing, it cost about $1000/pc and 23days.

 

Q6: Do you have SEDEX report 4 pillars, European test reports?

What other certificates do you have?

A: LFGB are all approved, SEDEX report 4 pillars, BSCI Audit Summary Report etc.

 

Q7: What is the production time, payment terms?

A: About 20-25days, T/T 30% deposit, 70% T/T against the copy of B/L.

A: We can supply 3D pictures for your check designs or we can make samples as per your request. It usually cost 7-12 days.
