A: For the US market, our clients normally test for  food grade, ASTM, CALI 65, Total lead, etc

For the EU market, our clients usually need to do EN71 I-III, AZO, Total Cad,Total Lead, PHTs, PAHs

Korean clients need to do KC safe test include both physical &Chemical products

 Our products can meet all above tests.

Q2: What's your MOQ?

A: Usually we can start an order from 500PCS. But depend on the different material,size and style, the MOQ will be changed.

Q3: Can I add my logo or company name on the bag?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are available for us.

Q4:Can you design for us?

A:Yes,we have professional designer ,please tell us your requirement , Over 100 designs, OEM, ODM available. all your orders can be taken good care.

Q5:Is it possible to get a free sample?

A:Yes, for the existing style 1 ~2 piece samples are free with freight collect.For the customization type ,The prototyping cost USD$200/design, will refund when place order reach the required quantity .

 

Q6:What is your delivery time?

A:Usually 14-60 days. According to the order quantity and item style, delivery time will be different. Sampling time: 2 weeks after got the confirmation on the layout.,

Q7: What kind of payment term you accept?

A: Our payment terms is 30% as deposit and balance against the copy of  B/L

Q8: Can you help shipping or deliver items to door?

A: We can do that either by ocean , by air or by express !And we have been doing all these way for our clients.
