2.add 5-15 drops of esential oil to glass plate or bowl 

3.roll cotton wick around to absord all the essential oil

4.put wick into the inhaler

5.put cap in the bottom of inhaler and make sure it is tightly sealed

6.place inhaler under nostril and breathe deeply

7.replace inhaler cap when you are finished
