Features of Gypsum Powder Machine
1. The calcination system is the key procedure of the production line. The vertical calciner is used in this system. 2. The main body of the calciner is composed of delicate and intensive radiation pipes. Hot air is made inside the furnace by burning oil, natural gas, LPG or coal, and it circulates between the hot air furnace and the calciner. 3. At the bottom of the calciner, the machine is mounted a roots blower, which blows the gypsum upwards through the space between the hot air pipes. 4. The gypsum powder inside the calciner is in a boiling state, so the calciner is also called boiling furnace. Being heated, the gypsum powder becomes lighter and it goes out of the calciner automatically.
