Q2: What is your shipping way? How much should I pay ?

Me:HK DHL, Guangzhou DHL,FedEx ,UPS. TNT,SF.Different shipper ,the shipping price is different,and

        because the shipping cos is depending on goods weight and cubage,I will check the best shipping cost  

        before you making payment.

Q3: How many days could I get my goods?

Me: Generally speaking, it would take 3 to 5 working days shipping to Europe, America and Africa without

          custom clearance and holiday delay.  

Q4: May I have your sample first?

Me: Sure, we will offer you a sample to check our quality firstly.The sample is free,but you need to pay for the

         shipping ccostcost.So I would suggest you buy 5 yards firstly,because after you checking it,you also

         can use it to make the clothe. Meanwhile we will also give you some small piece sample with your goods

         to send to you

Q5: What is your MOQ?

Me: We are wholesale and retails supplier.  Supply type is in-stock items and OEM servise.

1. MOQ for in-stock items:.

    Lace: 5yards as one piece.

    Wax print: 6yards as one piece

    Bazin riche: 10yards as one piece

2. MOQ for a new order to produce:.

    Lace: 100yards per one design

    Wax print: 9000yards per one design

    Bazin riche: 12000yards per one design

    Headtie: 100pieces per one design.

Q6: Need I to pay the customs fees ?

Me: Everyone buys something from other country should pay tax for custom, but Customs fees is depend on

         your country’s custom.But we will declare value as your request if you need.if you don't request, I will do 

         it as common according our best way.Please note we are not accountable any customs fee,Please check

         it out the custom's policy at your own place. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your   

         own country,thanks!

Q7:If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?

Me: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship 

         them to our customer .And if you really found the problem,pls you can take a photo to us let us check  

         it first.And if is our duty, we will compensate you. Please kindly know that you need to feedback the

         problem to me within one month.
