1. Where is your company located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in the biggest bicycle industry development zone in Tianjin, China. Welcome to visit us.
2. What's your warranty for your bicycle?
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the product that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual.
3. Can I have my own customized product?
Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package etc. are very welcome.
4. Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.
5. What's the delivery time? It will take about 30 days to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.
6. What's your payment term? Usually, we request 30% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight. We also accept payment to be transferred through Alibaba Trade Assurance.
