Metal Sheet Decoiling and Straightening Machine for Steel Coil Materials

Main Features

1. It is space-saving that uncoiler and straightener are ingerated into a single machine.
2. ULB models can feed the metal strip smoothly by combining non-motorized uncoiler and powered straightener.
3. Manual or hydraulic expansion of the uncoiler mandrel is available.
4. Equipped with 11 rolls including 7 straightening rolls and 4 pinch rolls, ULB models are designed for materials thickness from 0.4 to 3.5mm.
5. High-hardness and anti-friction rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground.
6. The micro adjustment device individually adjust the gap between the upper and lower rolls by worm gear.
7. Equipped with Japanese electromagnetic contactor and electronic components, ULB models have fewer breakdowns and longer lifetime.
8. Press arm prevents coil from loosening. (option)
9. Equipped with inverter, ULB models make it easier for operator to adjust the payoff speed. (option)

Pneumatic Press Arm

The pneumatic press arm keep pressing on the sheet metal while feeding, prevents coil from loosening. The wheel of press arm is coated with PU, which wouldn't scratch the surface of metal strip.
