The Rotary Evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries.

 

The rotary evaporator is working under vacuum, and all material contact part adopts the high temperature resistant borosilicate glass and Teflon material.constant temperature heating under vacuum condition makes the rotating bottle rotate at constant speed, and the material forms large area film on the wall of the bottle and evaporates efficiently. The solvent steam is cooled by a high efficiency glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency, especially for the concentration and purification of the biologic which are easily decomposed at high temperature.
