Product Description
PVC Powder Spraying Chamber
The pvc powder is mixed with air in the powder feeder and sent to the powder spraying gun. The high voltage generated by the high voltage electrostatic generator is connected to the inner or front end of the powder spraying gun. The powder is charged at the inner or outlet of the powder spraying gun. Under the combined action of pneumatic force and electrostatic force, the powder particles are directionally sprayed onto the workpiece to be coated. At the same time, it can be adsorbed to the back of the workpiece. When the powder adhered to the workpiece exceeds a certain thickness, electrostatic repulsion occurs. Later powder is not easy to be absorbed to the workpiece surface, so that the workpiece surface reaches a uniform film thickness.
Redundant powder is adsorbed on the surface of the filter element under the action of wind force. Compressed air pulses the filter element intermittently under the action of pulse controller and solenoid valve. The powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter element vibrates and falls into the powder chamber at the bottom of the recovery device.

Powder Curing Furnace
Features:
(a) The main body of the drying machine adopts profile skeleton and plug-in board combined thermal bridge insulation structure, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
(b) The drying passage is composed of air chamber, drying main body, heating system, air supply and return pipeline, hot air circulating and filtering device, bottom base, automatic temperature control system, etc.
(c) The furnace body is straight-through structure with good thermal insulation performance.
(d) The main body of the baking machine adopts profile skeleton and plug-in board combined heat-free bridge insulation structure.
(e) Heating device: mainly composed of heating chamber and stainless steel heating tube.
Galvanized sheet is used for heating outdoor panel, stainless steel plate is used for inner panel, and rock wool and aluminium silicate are filled between inner and outer plates. The heater is equipped with safety protection device. When the hot air circulating fan in the drying duct fails or the temperature in the drying duct exceeds, the heater closes automatically, and gives an acoustic and optical alarm signal.

Transport System
Features:
(a) Horizontal angle of vertical curved track is 30° and plane transition R of all tracks is 2500mm.The wear-resistant manganese steel rails should be selected for both vertical and horizontal curves.
(b) Expansion rails should be installed at the entrance, exit and corner of the drying track. Install automatic lubrication device and inspection rail at the appropriate part of the catenary.
