1. The room must be well ventilated to ensure that the maximum hydrogen content in the air does not exceed 1% (volume ratio).

 

2. The spacing between the oxygen cylinder and the container and cylinder containing inflammable and explosive substances and oxidizing gases shall not be less than 8 meters.

 

3. The distance between the flame and ordinary electrical equipment should not be less than 10 meters.

 

4. The spacing between air inlet and air conditioner, air compressor and ventilation equipment shall not be less than 20 meters.

 

5. The space between the storage site and other combustible gas should not be less than 20 meters.

 

6. No knocking or collision;The gas cylinder shall not be near the heat source;Insolation should be prevented in summer.

 

7. Special oxygen pressure reducing valve must be used. When opening the cylinder, the operator should stand behind the side of the valve mouth and move gently.

 

8. Valve or pressure relief valve leakage, shall not continue to use.When the valve is damaged, it is forbidden to replace the valve under the condition of pressure inside the bottle.

 

9. It is strictly prohibited to exhaust the gas in the bottle, and the residual pressure above 0.5mpa should be retained.
