PP twisted bundle fiber is made of 100% virgin polymer and it is produced through the process of extruding, stretching, special drawing, twisting and surface treatment, cutting and packing.
Performance • Be used instead of steel fiber to increase the resistance of shrink, crack, impact, friction, seepage, freezing and thawing.
Mixing Process • Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession, after stirring for two minutes; fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as usual, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
Dosage • Generally the recommended amount to add to the concrete is 3.0kg per cubic meter of concrete.
