Mesh Belt Dryer Working Principle

Our Manxon Mesh Belt Dryer is consist of feeding conveyor, discharging conveyor, drying body, fan, electric control panel cabinet, heat exchange furnace, burner, connection pipes.

The raw materials are transported by the feeding conveyor to the inside of our Mesh Belt Dryer.The raw materials go forward from the first layer to the last layer via the multi-layers mesh conveyor belt, the hot air always keep touch with the raw materials and turn water into water vapor, then the whole drying process completes. At the top of our Mesh Belt Dryer, there are some small blowers. The small blowers will take the water vapor out from our Mesh Belt Dryer and leave the dried finished products. Finally, the dried materials are conveyed by the discharging conveyor. 

Our Mesh Belt Dryer uses the hot air as the drying medium. The hot air passes through the raw materials from the bottom to top. The final moistures come out from the top of our Mesh Belt Dryer.
