Q: should I pay any sample fees?

A: small samples are provided free of charge. You only need to pay the freight.

Q: can I specify the width of the reel?

A: our standard reel widths are 787mm, 889mm, 1092mm, 1194mm (31 inches, 35 inches, 43 inches, 47 inches), or you can customize the reel widths between 29 inches and 86 inches.

A: our company has production and processing machines and provides free cutting services. You don't need to pay any other fees

Q: what are the payment terms?

A: we accept 30% TT deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

Q: how much brown paper can fit in a 20-inch OR 40-inch container?

A: normally, for a 20-foot container, it's about 15-17 tons. 22-25 tons of 40-foot containers
