We can according to customer’s design collocation or the color to choose thread or fabric colors. And customers can directly show us the color number we shall use by Pantone International Color Card. 

1. Are you factory or trade company?

A: We are both factory and trade company for all kinds of patches.

2. What can you manufacture?

A: We can manufacture custom embroidery patches, woven patches, sequin patches,chenille patches, keychains, hats, shirts and so on, all kinds of garments accessories.

3. What’s the MOQ?

A: We have no MOQ for our products with our own factory.

4. Will I have to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?

A: It’s best if you can supply your artwork, for all our patches are customized. However, if not, our in-house designer can make it as your requirements.

5. What type of information I need offer you to create my design?

A: All we need is your patch logo, thoughts or ideas, and your specific size and technique of backing and border.

And we have professional colormatcher for your embroidery.

6. Which port for delivery?
A: Mainly Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or other domestic place will be fine too.

7. Do you provide exact sample for my patches?

A: Yes. You can choose to receive scanning sample by e-mail (same production time), or get them in hands (need extra 2 weeks for the post takes time) 

By the way, we can offer free sample for considerable order and repeated order.
8. Order not received?

Please contact us if you have not received your cargos within following days.
