The hydrogen generator of ammonia decomposes liquid ammonia as raw material. The device gasifies and decomposes liquid ammonia. Using 1KG liquid ammonia, about 2.64Nm3 of mixed gas can be exported, consisting of 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. Mixed gases contain a small amount of impurities. After adsorption and purification by 5A zeolite (American UOP), the dew point of the product hydrogen can be reduced to - 60 C, and the internal ammonia can be reduced to less than 3 ppm.

It is widely used to produce hydrogen and nitrogen in protective atmosphere. Particularly suitable for metal heating treatment, powder metallurgy, electronic heating, as ammonia decomposition furnace, can produce hydrogen and nitrogen as non-ferrous metals, silicon steel, chromium steel, stainless steel and other metal materials and parts of the protective atmosphere. It is used for bright annealing, decarbonization of silicon steel, basic powder metallurgy of iron processing, etc.
