A special version of the Automatic Cage Welding Machine producing polygonal reinforcement cages also sells very well. With this machine, reinforcement cages for pillars and supporting beams can be manufactured as well as reinforced concrete elements, foundation piles etc.

1 Adopt advanced ABB converter , Panasonic PLC and touchable screen to ensure the stable operation of the equipment

2 With the high precision of rebar cage diameter , the longitudinal bar space error can be controlled within 1 cm,and 1 M spiral wire pitch error within 5mm.

3 It can produce double longitudinal bar with double spiral wire cages

4 The self-weight of the machine is 10% heavier than those in the same industry,which can make machine more stable.

5 With the large load capacity ,it can produce 5 to 6 tons cages perfectly.

6 Power source:It adopts three domestic top brand main geared motors with large torque and low failure rate.

7 The support capability is 20% higher with the diameter 100mm hydraulic cylinder than those with diameter 80mm in the same industry.
