CNC Rebar bending machine is for bar processing equipment, mainly used for bending straight bar Φ10-32mm, adopt PLC control system, very easy to operate. It ensures the processing accuracy and production efficiency. Meanwhile, reduce the manual use, and improve the management level on the on-site construction.

 Bending centers are widely used in various types of construction and construction projects. In order to guarantee the processing efficiency and controllable precision of the equipment, a bending host specially equipped with a dual CNC servo positioning system can move at the same time and achieve higher efficiency. The two bending hosts work simultaneously and can simultaneously bend the working requirements of multiple reinforcing bars. Mobile bending host, bending length can be freely fixed, servo control, flexible steel locking mechanism, to ensure accuracy. The integrated high-strength moving track design has a high degree of automation and greatly reduces labor intensity.

    Main Features                              

1) Using the PLC control system, the two-way bending machine can realize the continuous bi-directional bending of the same work surface, and it can meet the bar bending in many fields which is convenient for manual operation, such as high-speed, bridges, nuclear water conservancy, and civil buildings, etc.

2)A moving mechanism with a servo motor is mounted on the side of the main body & head frame to provide moving force to the head.

3)The bending spindle adopts spline design. The spindle itself is made of high-quality alloy steel which is made by special technology, featuring high strength, wear resistance and long service life, providing sufficient torque output for rebar processing.

4)The telescopic rod-type telescopic mechanism uses a telescopic motor as a power source to drive the flexing of the main shaft. It uses a pure electric drive to replace the existing external air source and the way the air cylinder drives the bending mechanism can overcome the natural weather, objective external conditions to normal and efficient use. The structure has simple structure, convenient installation and adjustment, high stability, small starting impact, smooth transmission, low noise, high safety production coefficient, clean and environmental protection advantages.

5)It can process Φ10-32mm rebar. The device is integrated with the bending machine. The moving is controlled by the CNC servo control system, and the precision is accurate which can be bent in both positive and negative directions.
