We own thorough technology of Part-time all-wheel-drive , whole vehicle bullet proof, a key conversation type ampibious and programmable and romote control driving etc. And the vehicles with above technology have been already used in oversea market.

School-Enterprise Cooperation

The college usually invite our team to give the lecture about vehicles to univertity students ,and we also provide a practical platform for them. A. Vehicle bulletproof Technology & Part-time all-wheel-drive technology

We already produced the full vehicle bulletproof and explosion-proof peacekeeping vehicle series for Sri Lanka,which are designed for the United Nations peacekeeping forces. They are a series of different operating vehicles which are developed on the same platform, all with the NATO 1 level and the European Union B6 level of bullet proof capability.

B. A high performance desert traveler

Our desert sightseeing rescue vehicle is designed for the desert area in Northwest of China ,which has become an important characteristic tourism project. At the same time, it also provides a strong guarantee for the rescue in the desert area. The vehicle has two kinds :4WD and 6WD. The width of vertical surmounting and crossing is over 1000mm, and it can work at high altitude, high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, desert and other harsh environments.

C. Remote and programming control technology

We design a mobile shooting for the army and the geography drawing industry. The vehicle uses continuously variable transmission, which can operate in three ways, such as remote control, automatic programming, drier driving, and the price of the vehicle is much lower than that of the same type products.

D. Amphibious technology

Our water and land amphibious chassis is designed for the water rescue in the Yangtze River Basin .which is easy to operate and can reach 20km/h in the water . The vehicle has solved the problem of underwater airtight heat dissipation of the engine, and uses the one key conversion in the cab to change from water to road, greatly save the rescue time. The vehicle can also be used for water recreational and fire fighting, which is more convenient for water intake and rescue .

Implementation of standard certificate

The chassis of the tunnel shooting machine we developed is obtained the national standard certificate of execution. The working mileage is 3 times higher than China indutry level , and it can reach 80km , and the chassis is very stability .

We can export all kinds of products such as vehicle, mechanical and electrical products, large-scale machinery and equipment, agricultural equipment, raw materials, medical devices and so on,we have a perfect vehicle detection line , manufacture, installation, debugging and maintenance team.

A. We developerd LNG bus for India, It reached the industry standard of ARAI in India, especially the test of vehicle noise, far beyond the local standard.

B. We developed a special vehicle chassis for New Zealand ,it already passed the New Zealand certification to entered the local market. This type of chassis was refitted to dump truck , suction truck and other special vehicles,which had a good reputation in the local area.

C. Our auto parts have passed the Brazil market certification, and the right picture is certified for two of the steel rings.

Cooperative Factory

1. All of our vehicles are produced in Dongfeng factory.

As the trail vehicles,we must make a field measurement in Dongfeng testing center to ensure that there is no problem in the

initial technical design.

2. The safest and most comprehensive test

All the new developed vehicles will go through a series of tests to ensure the best performance and the most stable working condition, and more importantly, to ensure the safety of vehicles. Such as: safety test, impact test and collision noise analysis, CFD simulation, fatigue analysis, fuel consumption test, emission test, tire wear testing, finite element analysis, dynamic performance and reliability testing system, electronic and electrical testing, physical and chemical inspection, material testing and analysis. It even includes tests from 70 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees in extreme weather conditions.

3. Introduction of commercial vehicle production line

A. Dongfeng commercial vehicles use the most advanced manufacturing technology and equipment, the most lean production mode. 200 thousand heavy-duty trucks, 120 thousand engines, 60 thousand gearboxes and corresponding core assembly and rough manufacturing capacity of the body, frame, axle and so on have been formed.

B. Body manufacturing, application of welding trundle skid transmission and multi functional flexiblepositioning technology (the first application of the technology in the truck industry) and other advanced manufacturing technology;

C. In the manufacturing of frame, advanced manufacturing technology, such as CNC roll forming, CNC three face punching, and so on, is applied.

D. In general assembly, advanced manufacturing technology, such as flexible chemical equipment, facilitation process design, beat Bottleneck Breakthrough, intelligent logistics distribution and so on, was applied.

E. In engine manufacturing, a series of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as a series of flexible machining technology, robot glue coating, automatic docking hot test bench, etc. are applied.
