A:If you only need 1-2pcs stock sample.The sample is free, but you may need pay the shipping cost 30USD.If you need 1-2pcs customize sample, you need pay the sample cost.if there are many samples you want, the sample fee will according the total quantity and shipping cost.

A:We will check all the items before shipping. If you receive defective diapers on arrival or have broken snaps and loose elastic after using, please email us the pictures of the defective diapers and state the problems in details. We will resolve the problems for you as soon as possible.
