Thick Film Water Heater Tube Element Custom Made Heating Elements is made up by Thick Film Heating Tube, Thermostats, Lead Wires and Plastic Shield. With the tubular structure, it can heat water flow inside tube, by the electric heating circuit sintered between with 5 isolation layers on tube surface.
For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heater offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass)
It's called "the most impact electric heating element", it's the ideal instant water heating element to replace traditional Immersion Electric Water Geyser Heating Elements.
Compared with traditional immersion water instant heating element, Thick Film Heating Element is advance in larger heating area (Tube Structure), higher power density(40w/cm²), faster Temperature Response (up to 150℃/S), Longer Life Span (above 10,000 hours) and better Thermal Transfer Efficiency(>96%).
Electric Thick Film Water Heating Element is special designed for Instant Water Dispenser, Water Geyser, Water Purifier and other home appliances water heaters.
With its tubular structure, it can heat water flow inside tube, by thick film electric heating circuit printed and sintered on tube surface. Its profile is simple and compact, it's easy to install and save lots space.
