III. Technical Process:

YHZS series mobile concrete mixing plant consists of aggregate batching system, concrete mixing system, walking system, cement supply system, water supply system, cement weighing system, water weighing system, control system, etc.
All aggregates are fed into the aggregate batching machine by loader, and they are weighed on a belt or in a weighing hopper. After weighing, the aggregates are dropped to belt conveyor and transported to the concrete mixer by belt conveyor.
Cement is sent into the cement weighing hopper by screw conveyor. After weighing, cement is dropped into the cement mixer.
Water is pumped into the water weighing hopper by water pump. After weighing, water is dropped into the mixer.
After all materials are weighed and fed into the mixer, the mixer can begin to mix and produce fresh concrete.
