Detailed Description:
The trunk-type take-up machine improved by our company is used for the heavy wet wire drawing machine and straight line wire drawing machine in order to discharge wires with a big weight of coll.It is suitable to discharge the big weight of coll which high-strength spring steel wires has a high request in flatness . The machine can discharge any weight wires in 1000kg at any time without stopping.Because we add the correction mold and the air & water cooling system,the quality of steel wires is improved.
The machine is also suitable for the fine drawing after the heat treatment,which meets users’ requirement of discharging wires in a big weight of coll.
