Q1.Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
RE: We are a factory in plush toy field for more than 6 years.
Q2.How can I get to your company?
RE: We are 30.1km away from Shenzhen East Railway Station, 40.9km from Shenzhen North Railway
Station.If you take Shenzhen Metro Line 3, get off at Shuanglong Subway Station. We can pick you up
there, or arrange a Didi taxi for you.
Q3.What’s your main products?
RE: We mainly make plush toy, stuffed animal toy, baby toy, throw pillow, holiday toy, etc.
Q4.Do you sell fixed designs or customized designs?
RE: We only do customized design.
Q5.Can I have my company name or logo on my custom toys?
RE: Sure. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways. We can make your logo on the
t-shirt/ belly/ feet of your toys by printing or embroidery. All of these details will be discussed during the
prototype stage. Furthermore we can print your company logo and/or url and/or character name on the
label.
Q6.Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra ?
RE: Yes we do. Sample charges, the cost is USD100 for one piece.
Q7.What is your terms of payment ?
RE: For orders whose amount is under USD1000, T/T100% in advance.
For bulk orders, T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment.
Q8.How long is your delivery time?
RE: 7days for sample order, 35days for bulk order under 5000pcs.
Q9.What are your price terms ?
RE: For small order quantity , Our price term is EXW, but we will do my best to help client to shipment
or supply the cheapest transport cost for customer reference.
For large order quantity , we can do FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA.
Q10.What is your transport method ?
RE: For sample shipment, we use DHL, Fedex,TNT, UPS, Post and other couriers.
For massive orders, we use sea transport.
