A: We have professional machine to test every electric part, to make sure each part works very well, we have three times to test, first time test all the parts before producing, second time test on the production line, third time test all the functions after assembling, riding at least 100KM.

4. Q: What's the MOQ? 
    A: Depends on the bike.

5. Q: What's the other service you can provide? 
    A: We accept OEM , ODM, and we can provide parts exporting service.

6. Q: What's the delivery time? 
    A: It usually takes about 25-40 working days for production based on specifications for your order and quantity. 

7. Q: What's your warranty terms? 
    A: 1. Electric parts: 24 months;
         2. Frame & Fork: 12 months;
         3. Others: 6 months.

8. Q: Do you have the products in stock? 
    A: No, all e-bikes will be newly produced according to your order including samples. 

9. Q: Can I mix different models in one container? 
      A: Yes, different models can be mixed up in one full container.
