1. Tension Jack 450 ton hydraulic hollow jack for Post tension Mainly used in to tensioning the pc strands/steell wire of the bridge construction.
2. General tonnage of the jacks is based on the anchor's holes to match use .
3. With the electric lift hydraulic jack together use the complete set equipment : anchorage, Electric oil pump,Mixer, Grouting machine,push machine for pc strand/ steel wire .
4. Our hydraulic jack tonnage is "70-650 tons, anchor hole is: 2-32 holes. Oil pump is: 3-7.5 kilowatts, the other requirements we can customize.
5. The device can be used widely in post-tensioning operation for immense constructions, prestressed concrete bridges, ground anchorage, marine constructions, foundation anchorage,etc
*Operating principle
The oil cylinder ,heading cover(adjusting nut) ,end cover(hold-down ring), front sealing plate,back sealing plate of this jack connect with cross-core socket to form a "motionless body", and the piston of the jack is "motion body", when the hydraulic oil pushes the "motion body" to the right, it begins to tension; When the hydraulic oil pushes the motion body to the left, it is the piston-return after the tension.

A :Our Jack are calibrated by China authority,is our China standard.But please kindly confirm you need.

A :If you need the anchorage based on your drawing,just kindly provide the drawing for our check before producing.and we have 12.7mm(0.5") and 15.24mm(0.6") types of wedge.
Q :What is your term of delivery?
A :We accept EXW, FOB Shenzhen,FOB Guangzhou , CIF,DDU.You can choosethe one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.The DDU is often delivery by express.
