 Using Steps

1) Clean your mouth and dry it,then gently brush your teeth wth toothpaste.

 

2) Attach mouth tray with teeth whitening light (see.fig2).

 

3) Apply 1/4 syringe of whitening gel into each side of mouth tray(fig3).

 

4) Place the mouth tray over your teeth ,wipe off all gel.

 

5) Press the start button to enter into a 10 minutes countdown(fig4).

 

6) When the light turn off ,remove the mouth tray.

 

7) Clean your mouth with warm water.

 

8) Repeat this whitening procedure for 6 consecutive days.
