<3> This machine is mainly for the automatic packaging of tons of drum. With programmable controller PLC + touch screen + weighing module + photoelectric sensor automatic control, the operation is very easy.

The filling head has a weighing and feedback system for setting, adjusting and real-time monitoring of the filling volume, so that if no drum or barrel, the automatic protection is not filled, the filling quantity is insufficient or the overload is automatically alarmed.

The connection of each pipeline of the whole machine is installed by quick connection, which is convenient and quick to disassemble.

Touch human-machine interface operation, filling volume adjustment, parameter setting, metering feedback, real-time monitoring, alarm, etc. are all operated and displayed on the touch screen.

The operation is extremely easy, the interface is clear, and the parameters are clear at a glance. The filling system automatically controls the inverter to drive the oil pump to automatically fill, fast and double-speed filling, and the filling accuracy is high. 1000L lubricating oil filling accuracy is less than ±50g.

Fast and slow Filling related parameter settings are all set in the touch screen.

The filling mechanism adopts automatic lifting adjustment, and the high and low positions are set in the touch screen, which is suitable for 1000L and 200L packaging. The load cell is sealed on the load beam under the weighing platform, and the sensor is not accessible even if material flows into the weighing platform.
