Principle:

The machine consists of loading hopper,grading wheel, pulverizing knife, gearring, pulverizing motor, discharging port, fanblade, aggregating box,dust collectin box, etc. The material goes into crushing chamber through the loading hopper, and then gets crushed by high-speed rotary blades. The grading wheel and the grading plate can be adjusted to produce specific particle size. Dust from aggregating box will be collected by dust collection box. The machine is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel. There is no dust in the air during the crushing process.
