A: We have been awarded the certificate by CE,AWA, BV,ISO9001, ISO2015 and NTA.

8.Q: What kind of technical drawings could you provide?
A: We could provide three-view drawing, 3D picture, blueprint, foundation, plumbing, electrical, communication, fire alarm, furniture and so on.

9.Q: What is the lifespan and warranty period?
A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 50 years.

10.Q: What the value added service do you have?
A: We have camp/community planning design, indoor and outdoor electrical/plumbing design, communication/fire alarm/security system supply, furniture/ electric appliance offer, etc.

11.Q: Could you supply the service of installation?
A: Sorry that we don't provide installation service now,but we have experienced supervisors who could go to guide the installation at any time.

12.Q:Is your price competitive with other companies?

13.Q:Do you accept container loading inspection?
A: You are welcomed to send an inspector, not only for the container loading, but any time during the production time.

A:It depends on the size of the house. Generally, the construction period of is a 1 container house by a construction team of 5-6 people. It only costs one day to build the steel structure frame.

15.Q:Does this kind of house can only be used in residential building?
A:Absolutely not. It can be used in all kinds of buildings, such as hotel, commercial office, school, entertainment club, light industrial workshop, ect.
