1. What kind of shipping do you offer and when can I receive my order?
We are able to work with DDP shipping terms via Fedex, DHL and UPS shipping, and normally it takes 3-9 days for delivery (based on different areas). And we can also ship to your forwarder in China if needed. And for sea shipment, please contact with our sales manager for details.
 
2.What is the standard production time for each order?
 Our production time is around one month if you can place 5000pcs,but if few quantity like 100pcs or 500pcs,it just around one or two weeks without any other requirement.
 
1. Do you accept Trade Assurance for the full order? 
 Yes, and we can do the T/T or pay it by Alibaba directly. 
 
2. Are you able to print/ sticker our UPC code onto the product box? Can you put our brand (labeling) in the product?
No problem.
 
3. Are you able to do customer design?
If you want to make your owner design,you must catch the MOQ at least,of course if you can accept our package,but want to make a stick of your logo,that is acceptable,and no need too much quantity of each time.
 
4. What sort of other gift (like coloring water book) or other improvements would you recommend adding to the product in order to distinguish ourselves from the competitors? 
Yes,I understand your meaning,but that is base on the target price,and market also,we can give you some suggestion,but you must consider the market first.and like more pens,or two mats or some animal balls,and all base on the market,so you must check them.
 
7.Do you have a designer who could redesign for us the product’s package? We need also to place a card of 15*10 (A6) inside each package, printed on 300 grams paper – will your designer be able to design that as well according to our instructions?
It is better to design for yourself,of course if you really can not make it by yourself,we can do it,but it needs some additional charge for designer.and if you want to make your owe design, the MOQ will be more,because we need to print them more of each,and it is around 3000pcs of each time,of course if you can not ship out too much like the MOQ,you can pay the package first,and then ship out like 500pcs pr 1000pcs each time,that is acceptable.
