Q1:What is your MOQ?
A: In order to facilitate customers to check the quality of products, we support the delivery of sample orders and trial orders, but the price will change with the number of orders.The more, the cheaper.
Q2:Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We are factory with export license. We are a group company integrating r&d, production and sales. We have factories in Shanghai and hangzhou.
Q3: How can I get a sample?
A: The sample can be free, and the freight will be in charge of you. Usually we will takes DHL,FEDEX,USPS,TNT or other fast shipping method, so that y could receive our samples soon. Please left us with full address, then we will check the freight fee accordingly. After payment done, we will arrange samples for you immediately.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: We keep a large stock.The sample order and dozens of small orders can be delivered within 3 working days.The delivery time for orders less than 1000 pieces is 7 working days.For larger order, please contact us.
Q5: What money are you trading by? Can you accept the rate be fixed during whole order if not RMB?
A: We are doing international business by RMB / USD / HKD / EURO / OUND.
Q6: What're your payment term?
A: T/T, L/C, D/P, Paypal, Western Union, Credit Card etc.
Q7: Can you make OEM or ODM service?
A:Yes. We can accept OEM service. Also we have our own designer team. So it's also welcome to choose our ODM products.
Q8: If you can supply services for designing?
A: Yes, our company have a professional design team to supply customer with designing services, you only need to give your design idea, we can handle all the things for you.
