The light inspection machine is a new product developed by our company. The product is used for the inspection of various preparation bottles, such as vials and ampoules in the pharmaceutical industry. The bottles are arranged on the conveyor shaft through the feeding device (the bottle feeding will be connected with the ahead processing line).

The liquid in the bottle will be fluctuated when the bottle enter the high speed rotating station,which will make the impurity in the liquid floating,and then rotates itself and passes through the examination of the dark chamber, and then pass through the light curtain which is with the concentrated light source,and causes the Tyndall effect under the light curtain, causing a strong contrast of the impurity particles, which is very easy to be identified.

Also the small packaging defects and external defects of the bottle will be totally reflected by the upper and lower reflector and also the bottle rotating. The observer can accurately check the defects of the products through the magnifying glass. With the help of the automatic control system, the qualified and non-qualified bottles will automatically enter their respective passageways if the observer identify the non-qualified products.
