Q1: How about the packing of this Anti-UV And Fireproof Artificial Boxwood Plastic Topiary Balls?
A: Due to the large size of the product, we will take apart a complete ball when shipped, and you need to splice the two hemispheres together. If the product is deformed, you can use an electric blower to heat it to restore it to its original state. If you have any questions, please contact the salesman!
Q2:Do you supply installation instructions for vertical old concrete retaining walls?
A:Not specifically, however there are plenty of guides for different surfaces online. One option would be to attach heavy duty PVC coated wire mesh to the wall using expansion bolts or masonry bolts and then zip tie the panels to this mesh. If you get in contact with our sales team they'd be happy to help further.
Q3:How far out do the hedges leaves stick out? Guessing around between 30-50mm?
A:Yes correct approx 40mm, we actually have some on display at our Auckland Store if that is local to you.
