2. How can I visit your factory ?

A:Tell us before you come to guangzhou ,we have an office and wholesale store

in Baiyun District ,Guangzhou .It's about 20mins from the airport to our factory .

3:Could you please tell me your payment terms?

A:Trade Assurance and TT,LC;30% deposit ,balance before shipping.

4:What's your delivery time ?

A:Within 3days to the wholesale order.

Delivery time of OEM and ODM is 7-15days after the sample is confirmed.

5:How can i get a sample with my logo?

A:Please send us the design documents of logo,sample and logo cost will be paid by you.

Sample cost will be returned after bulk order .

6:How long does it take until we can get your samples including shipping?

A: 3-7days after sample cost is received .

7:Can we pay using Paypal for samples. Does it cost extra? Or what would be prefered pay methods?

A:Yes,we accept PayPal for samples ,it will pay more 5% services charge.We suggest to use the Alibaba trade assurance .you can pay by credit card ,and the service change is 2%.

8. What kind of packaging do you offer?

A:We offer high quality poly bags with client's logo. Some of the online business clients need mail box with their logos.
