1. Remove the protective cap from the body(DN15-B) before installation, make sure to arrow direction for installation and turn it on the pipe.
2. To facilitate the installation of the thermostatic head(TF-6), the handle should be set at the maximum open position(in the position of number 5)before installation, and then, turn the locking nut of the thermostatic head (TF-6) firmly to the threads of angle valve.
3. As the thermostatic is required to feel the indoor temperature, therefore, when installing, it is a must to keep the themrostatic radiator valve at a relatively open place where there is good ventilation. The thermotatic head (TF-6) must be installed in a level way, not in a vertically upright way, and at the same time, it must be kept away from spots where there is curtain, heating pipeline, or furniture etc, and to avoid direct exposure to the sun.
4. In order to avoid high temperature in summer caused super-pressure acted on the thermostatic valve and hence to make it early damage, please turn the temperature indicator arrow on the head to number 5 of the temperature scale.
5.This design of thermostatic radiator valve features the function of anti-freezing; please set the temperature indicator arrow to the snow tag in winter, lest water flow frozen in the pipe when the ambient temperature is below zero.
