1. Raw Materials
All the raw materials are purchased from our own contracted farmers, which will be fresh and high quality, no risk of the pesticide.

2. Cleaning & Sterilizing
Materials will be washed and sterilized, stalks, leaves and moldy materials will be removed manually.

3. Vacuum Freeze Drying
After cleaning and sterilizing, materials will be quickly frozen at minus 35C and then shape into specific sizes, back to frozen chamber again, finally dried in the vacuum freeze dryer, turned into natural delicious dried products by sublimation.

4. Testing
Products will be tested once by the metal detector and selected twice by manually. Moreover, our lab will test each batch of product and issue Certificate Of Analysis.

5. Packing
Inner pack: 8kgsor 10kgs per double food-grade PE bag, heat sealed.
Outer pack: agglutinate carton without nails, sealed with tape.

6.Testing before shipping

The goods will be test by China Bureau of Commodity Inspection, and issue certificate of origin; Phytosanitary Certificate and Health certification. 

7. Shipping 

Loading freeze dried fruit in ordinary container after received balance payment, don't need reefer container.

8. Storage

Sealed storage in moisture proof, airtight and shady place. ( Temperature is about 25 degree and, relative hnmidity is 35% )

9. Selling place

It can directly put in the shelf if the packing of freeze dried fruit is sealed packing, don't need to reefer.

Pure al bag packing of freeze dried fruit shelf life is 18 months.

10. After-sales service

Please give us your feedback (picture or evidence) as soon as possible if you have any problems of freeze dried fruit your received. We will make corresponding compensation: replenishment or refund if it is our problem.
