More Information About The Filament:

PLA (Polylactic Acid):
PLA is a new type of biodegradable material made from starch extracted from renewable plant resources (such as corn). It is recommended that the printing temperature be 180℃ ~ 220℃, and the bottom plate temperature be 50℃ or not heated. Advantages: It hardly shrinks and even an open printer can print large objects. There is a faint sweet smell when printing. PLA is a biodegradable material with no toxicity and environmental protection. And there is a beautiful sense of transparency. Suitable for outdoor printing, making models, parts, crafts, etc.
Disadvantages: Low temperature resistance, not suitable for long-term storage in an environment above 60℃, lower strength and toughness than ABS, not suitable for printing thin objects. PLA is easy to adhere and extend after melting, resulting in occasional blockage of printer nozzles (especially the hot end made of all metal). It is recommended to apply lubricating oil on the hot end before printing.
