Q2: Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?

A: Our factory is located in Baihuashan Industrial Zone, Wuyi, Zhejiang, China.

It’s near Yiwu and Hangzhou airport. We warmly welcome every customer at home and abroad to visit us.

Q3: How can I get a sample? 

A: We are honored to offer you samples.

If you need a sample to check quality, please feel free to contact us and we’ll prepare a sample for you within 3 days.

Q4: What’s the minimum order quantity? 

A:It depends on which product you are going to order, but usually MOQ is 100pcs.  

Q5: How about your lead time? 

A:It depends. Usually, the delivery time is within 20-30 days upon receipt of your deposit and confirmation of all artwork.

Q6: How about the payment terms? 

A:Usually 30% deposit TT in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.  

Q7: If OEM or ODM order is accepted?

A: Sure, we can provide OEM or ODM service.

We can make new mould for your product and also attach your brand name as per your requirements.
