For delivery, we have small stock for most products for the "Ready to Ship" on line order and sample require. According to our production plan,the customized order will be 30-40 days and it depends on your confirmation process too.

For "Ready to Ship" order,it is our standardized products,which you can not change anything (packing,product data,color......).The delivery is fast (15 days maximum) and by express way normally like DHL,UPS , FEDEX,ALIBABA Express.....So please read it carefully before "Start to Order",especial for the item color,battery information.But we can print your label and stick it on the packing to comply with your local law. For customized order,the products are produced according to your requires and standard by negotiated. OEM,ODM is OK too. You just tell us your idea and we can open the mold exclusive for you too. So the delivery time is longer (35-40 days normally). If to open an exclusive mold,it will take around 60-70 days.

In some country,some time,the receiver may need to pay the destination Customs Tax and the TAX level is different for different country.

B.For Company goods.

Besides the above documents for private goods,the receiver also have to supply the GSTIN (VAT number)  / Import&Export Certificate /PAN and POA for the carrier to make the goods Customs Clearance.
